New neighborhoods, new pressures
Many Thompson's Station families moved in recently, to neighborhoods like Tollgate Village and the newer communities along Highway 31. New schools and new friend groups can be exciting, and also lonely and stressful for teens who left everything familiar behind.
The jump to high school
Moving from middle school to high school is one of the biggest leaps a teen makes. Harder classes, bigger social circles, tryouts and new freedoms all arrive at once. Joe helps teens and parents handle the transition before small struggles become big ones.
Athletes and performance
For Thompson's Station athletes, Joe brings experience with NFL, NCAA and pro CrossFit athletes and a coaching background at a nationally ranked high school baseball program. He works on confidence, focus, bouncing back and handling pressure.
Joe works with students from Independence High and other public and private schools serving Thompson's Station.
